One brand, five applications and five separate privacy policies.
Purpose of this page
This page is the common privacy gateway for the Tissyo brand. It explains the shared framework, but it is not a substitute for the product-specific privacy policy that applies to each app.
Tissyo products do not all process the same data: some work entirely on the device, some can use private iCloud, and Interact uses a relay while a live session is running.
Controller and contact
The controller for the Tissyo services is Vincent Mary, sole trader in France. Privacy requests may be sent to confidentialite@tissyo.com. A reply may require reasonable proof of identity when needed to protect an account or data.
Our common principles
- Collect only what a requested feature needs.
- Keep durable working content on the device whenever the product allows it.
- Distinguish local storage, private cloud sync and temporary network transit.
- Keep support emails transactional unless marketing consent is given separately.
- Document processors, retention periods and user controls in each product policy.

- Tissyo StudioScreen recording, editing, transcription and local exports.
- Tissyo InteractLive sessions, participant contributions, relay and presenter analytics.
- Tissyo JuryAssessment data, attachments, private iCloud and collaboration.
- Tissyo VoiceDocuments, speech synthesis, voice models and private iCloud.
- Tissyo CopyLists, clipboard and the optional local Stream Deck bridge.
Shared services
Depending on the product and feature, Tissyo may rely on Apple services, the Tissyo live relay, limited EU-hosted product analytics, Brevo for transactional email, and the Tissyo support service. The applicable policy names the exact services and purposes.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
