By downloading, installing or using Tissyo Voice (the « Application »), you agree to be bound by the present Terms of Use. If you do not accept, please do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Tissyo Voice (the « Application »), you agree to be bound by the present Terms of Use. If you do not accept, please do not use the Application.

2. Usage Licence

Tissyo Voice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the present Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

3. Free Trial and Single Purchase

Tissyo Voice offers a 14-day free trial on all platforms. At the end of the trial, the Application is available for single purchase :

  • iPhone & iPad (iOS/iPadOS) : 14.99 € — unlocks the Application on iPhone and iPad.
  • Mac (macOS) : 29.99 € — unlocks the Mac Application.

Each purchase includes all features, AI voice, iCloud synchronization and future updates without additional cost. No subscription is required.

4. iCloud Synchronization

Tissyo Voice uses iCloud to synchronize your imported documents and settings between your Apple devices. This synchronization is performed directly via your iCloud account; Tissyo Voice exploits no external server and has no access to your iCloud data.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you import into the Application (articles, documents, PDF, etc.). The Application processes this content locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your content to an external server.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, AI voice models, and all associated materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You cannot copy, modify, distribute, sell, or disassemble any part of the Application.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to disassemble or extract the AI voice models
  • Redistribute or resell the Application or its components
  • Use the generated audio for commercial purposes without holding the appropriate rights to the source text

Exclusion of Warranties

The Application is provided ‘as is’, without any kind of warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be free from errors or function without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

Within the limits authorised by law, Tissyo Voice cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage resulting from or related to your use of the Application.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital contents provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your consent. The 14-day free trial allows you to test the Application before any purchase.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modifications will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls within the jurisdiction of French courts.
