1. Editor

The Tissyo Interact application (hereinafter “the Application”) is published by:

2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Use (CGU) govern access and use of the Tissyo Interact Application, macOS software for managing interactive sessions intended for trainers and teachers.

By downloading or using the Application, the user accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Access, Free Plan and Pro Trial

The Application is available on the Mac App Store.It is free to download and basic use.

The Application offers a permanent free plan: unlimited preparation, access to all workshops and live session mode, within the limit of a monthly ceiling of interactive activities played (to date, 8 per month).This ceiling may change;the current ceiling is indicated in the Application.

A 14-day Pro trial, without credit card, is granted from the first launch.During this period, the user benefits from all Pro functions.No amount is charged for this trial and no means of payment is required to benefit from it.

At the end of the Pro trial, and in the absence of taking out a Pro subscription, the user automatically switches back to the free plan described above, without any debit.Subscribing to a Pro subscription is a voluntary action by the user.The Pro trial is granted only once per device.

4. Pro Subscriptions

The Pro subscription is optional: the Application remains usable on the free plan without any subscription.The Application offers several auto-renewable Pro subscription plans:

Full access to the Application, renewed every month.

Full access to the Application, renewed every year.

Access to Tissyo Interact and the Tissyo Jury application, renewed each year.

The current prices are displayed in the Application at the time of purchase.The subscription is charged to the user’s Apple account upon confirmation of purchase, then automatically renewed at the current rate unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Termination

The user can cancel their subscription at any time via:

Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.At the end of the Pro subscription, the user retains access to the free plan.No refunds are given for the period already paid unless requested directly to Apple in accordance with their terms.

Refund requests should be directed to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Authorized use

The Application is intended for personal and professional use in an educational or training context.The user undertakes to:

Do not reproduce, distribute or resell the Application or its componentsDo not attempt to decompile, disassemble or access the source code of the ApplicationDo not use the Application for illicit purposes or purposes contrary to these T&CsDo not share your access credentials with third parties

7. Intellectual property

The Application, its interface, its source code, its graphics and all associated content are the exclusive property of Vincent Mary and are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.

Purchasing a subscription grants the user a right of personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable use of the Application, for the duration of their active subscription.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Data entered into the Application (course names, participants, answers) is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to third-party servers, except for features requiring a local network connection (live sessions).

9. Availability and developments

The publisher strives to ensure the continuous availability of the Application but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.Updates may change available features.

The publisher reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.Changes are effective immediately upon posting.Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.

10. Limitation of liability

The Application is provided “as is”.The publisher cannot be held responsible:

Any loss of data linked to the use of the ApplicationIndirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the ApplicationService interruptions beyond its control

11. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law.In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal recourse.In the absence of agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
