InteractImport from the Library
Material is kept on the Mac and attached to a session. PDF keeps its rendering page by page; a PowerPoint .pptx is converted locally and must be reviewed.

Open the Library
Click “Import material”, or drop a file in that area.

Choose the file
Select a PDF or a PowerPoint .pptx, then attach it to the relevant session.

Check the pages
After a PDF, rendering is fixed. After a .pptx, check every page, especially charts, SmartArt and animations.

Return to the run sheet
Check the order, add the needed activities, then start the session only after review.
Formats not directly supported
.ppt and .key files must be exported to PDF or saved again as .pptx before import.
